YogaNutz Children’s Parties are aimed at children from the age of 3 to 7yrs.
Our Parties are a haven for kids to be imaginative, creative & have fun……..Lets go to the Jungle…The Seaside….Into Space……To the Enchanted Forest…….To help Dora…..
The YogaNutz Party will be tailored to suit the birthday girl or boys own interests. You and your child will decide upon a theme for the party, choose favourite animals, characters etc, we will then write a unique imaginative adventure for your child.
When party guests arrive there will be a welcome activity for them to do, whilst waiting for everyone to arrive.
The party then begins with a series of fun warm up exercises, moving onto the imaginative adventure which will incorporate yoga posture work, the children usually have to find or save something or someone, so there is a great deal of excitement and the children always come out the hero in the end. Following the adventure we do a short period of relaxation and visualisation.
After our adventure, we will then play some fun, non competitive party games, where everyone wins
We offer 1 or 2 hour Parties depending on your requirements.
1 & 2 hour parties are similar, however, within a 2 hour party we break for food inbetween the adventure & party games, the adventure will be longer and the number of party games will increase.
